Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lee Cobb Leather Coat. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Orders are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground service, and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Shipping service. Once an order is confirmed and received, it will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days at standard shipping rate for UPS ground service or U.S. Postal Service.

The handling time for all orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. However, we strive to get all orders received by 2 p.m. Eastern (EST) which is the cut off time, out on the same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on the next business day, Monday. If there should be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Ground

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on the delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

We currently ship within the continental US mainland and some overseas international locations.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:

• The Free Shipping promotion is valid for a limited time only.
• Lee Cobb Co. reserves the right to cancel it at any time.
• Orders of $59.99 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
• The promotion applies only to qualifying items purchased. Shipping fees, gift-wrap charges, and taxes are not included in calculating purchase amount if the promotion has a threshold.
• Any item with "FREE Shipping" on the product detail page that is fulfilled and shipped is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum.
• The Free Shipping promotion applies only to orders shipped via Standard Ground Shipping to a single address within the lower 48 states.

Void where prohibited

Returns

Customer can return an item within 30 days of receipt of shipment based on the delivery date of the tracking label by UPS or U.S. Postal Service.

• We will issue a prepaid return UPS shipping label for your return order if the order qualified for free shipping.
• Items must be in new condition.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags.
• Product item must be free of showing signs of wear, alteration, Animal hair/Fur, strong perfume or cigarette odors (e.g. stains or washed).
• If you return an item shipped under the Free Shipping promotion, and your order drops below the threshold quantity 1 or dollar amount $59.99, you may be charged the Standard Shipping fee.
• Customer must send email to request for authorization number for all returns.
• A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned order(s).

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your return order to be processed in. As soon as your return or exchange is received and processed in, we will either credit your account with a refund or send out an exchange for a new size with Free Shipping per customer’s request.
